Individual Counselling
I focus on helping individuals understand and heal from their past and present challenges. Through a humanistic, systems-oriented approach, specializing in SE (Somatic Experiencing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), we work towards overcoming obstacles, building resilience, and fostering personal growth.
My individual therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships issies. substance use, and general life stressors. This approach is effective for people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
By working together, you can gain new insights, develop coping strategies, and create enduring positive change in your life. During our sessions, we'll work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, with a focus on developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
Couples Counselling
I focus on helping couples understand and heal from their past and present challenges. Through a humanistic, systems-oriented approach, utilizing EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy), Somatic psychotherapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy. We work towards healing conflict, building stronger, lasting relationships, and fostering personal growth.
My couples therapy sessions typically span 8 to 20 meetings to address initial concerns, offering a structured and interactive environment to address issues such as communication problems, trust issues, intimacy concerns, and general conflict. This approach is effective for couples from diverse backgrounds and relationship structures, including both traditional and non-traditional ones.
By working together in these sessions, you can gain new perspectives, deepen your connection, and create enduring positive change in your relationship.
Group Sessions
I focus on helping individuals and families understand and heal from their past and present challenges. Through a humanistic, systems-oriented approach, we work towards healing conflict, building stronger, lasting relationships and fostering personal growth.
Our group sessions typically span 8 to 20 meetings, offering a structured and interactive environment to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use and general conflict.
